Q: What is PhotoPrintsNow?
A: PhotoPrintsNow is a mobile app and website that allows you to order photo prints for pickup at your local print store.
Q: What kind of paper will my prints be printed on?
A: PhotoPrintsNow uses premium photo paper. There are many types of photo paper – your memories deserve the best.
Q: Can I print Instagram and Facebook pictures?
A: You can print photos from your favourite social media accounts including Instagram and Facebook using our mobile apps.
Q: How can I print my Dropbox pictures with PhotoPrintsNow?
A: You can print photos from DropBox with our mobile apps. Simply open the PhotoPrintsNow App. Swipe from Right to Left on the top part of the screen where it shows, "Local Photos", "Instagram", "Facebook" etc. You’ll see an option for Dropbox. Tap the Dropbox Icon. Follow the Login Prompts. Once you’re logged in, tap the Dropbox Icon again to view folders in your dropbox account. Select the folder you want to print from. Tap on the photo area (away from the folder selection menu) to view the photos in that folder.
Home Delivery Help
Your order should arrive in 6-10 business days. This estimated delivery time frame is not guaranteed. We will do our best to meet these estimates, however current production levels, seasonal variances and shipping services could result in additional shipping time.
If you only received part of your order, sometimes our photo lab processes different sizes or styles of pictures separately which results in your order being sent in multiple packages. Please wait another day or two for the others to arrive.

Your satisfaction is our #1 concern. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us so we can make it right. If the return is due to reasons other than our error, it may be subject to a return fee. We reserve the right to issue credit (rather than a refund) for merchandise returned more than 30 days after it was ordered. Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the return is necessary due to our error. We are unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. Please allow ten days once we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
